Can your gate system work with our management software?

Yes. We sync access with the property management software you already use, so codes are created at move-in or lease signing and removed at move-out or delinquency. We confirm the integration during the walk-through.

How much does an access control or camera system cost?

It depends on the number of gates, doors and cameras, how much trenching and wiring is needed, and whether existing hardware can be reused. After the free walk-through you get a written, itemized quote.

Can you take over a system another company installed?

In most cases, yes. We audit the existing controllers, cameras and recorders, recover admin access where possible, and replace only what's failing or unsupported.

What happens if the power or internet goes out?

We specify battery backup for gate operators and keypads, UPS power for recorders and network gear, and cellular failover where remote management matters.

Do you offer maintenance plans?

Yes. Preventive maintenance covers gate operator service, safety-sensor tests, camera cleaning and health checks, and firmware updates, with priority dispatch for repairs.
